If you’re reading this page, your demo has been approved for release with Desfase Records.
Please follow the instructions below so we can move forward smoothly.
📁 1. Required Files
Please send:
- Final Master (WAV 24bit / 44.1kHz or higher)
- Pre-Master at -6 dB (no limiter, peaks at -6 dBFS max)
Upload via a private link (Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or SoundCloud private).
🧾 2. Artist Information
Include:
- Artist name
- Full legal name
- Full address
- Spotify Artist Profile link
- Social media links
- Contact email or phone (optional)
3. What Desfase Records Provides
Your release includes:
- Official Cover Art (Art direction by @abstractloop3d)
- Final Mastering
- Promo Video / Teaser
- Social media promotion by the label
- Release planning & strategy
4. Artist Commitment
To maximize visibility and chart potential, we require:
- Posting promotional content at least every 3 days
(stories, reels, posts, TikToks) - Sharing all official content provided by the label
- A minimum Instagram ad campaign during release week
(budget at your discretion, targeted with our guidance)
This combined effort is key to successful streaming, sales, and chart performance.
5. Next Steps
Once we receive your audio files and artist information, we will:
- Schedule the release
- Create cover art
- Produce teaser video
- Finalize the promo plan
- Prepare distribution & pre-save
